Chris Jones
With 20 years experience as a Cameraman and Director, Chris has built an impressive portfolio spanning drama, documentaries, music videos, and brand films. His career has taken him across the globe, tackling diverse challenges in logistics, equipment, and creative storytelling.
Chris Jones has filmed across the globe — from arid deserts and dense jungles to snow-covered mountain ranges. He’s shot in rickshaws and racing cars, rowing boats and ocean liners, aeroplanes, helicopters, and even a flying car. He has captured stories in corporate skyscrapers, remote villages, refugee camps, factories, schools, and laboratories. Along the way, he’s collaborated with a wide range of people — from celebrities and influencers to authors, athletes, musicians, business leaders and politicians.
At Preston Street Films, Chris brings his expertise and creative vision to every project, ensuring that each film is both visually stunning and narratively engaging. In addition to his passion for film, Chris has a keen interest in audio storytelling and is a founding member of our sister company, Sound and Bones.
Chris particularly enjoys working on complex shoots such as the high speed music video shoot for Nobody’s Wolf Child – The Fall.
