We want to hear from local freelance film/audio producers interested in working with us on a project-by-project basis.

with some experience producing podcasts or audio storytelling, ability to work with contributors, shape stories and oversee projects from idea to final edit. Junior Producers welcome. Audio editing and mixing experience a plus but not essential.

With experience planning and producing shoots, managing contributors and crews, and shaping a film from initial idea through to finished piece. Ability to self shoot and edit is particularly good.

Work Experience

We receive a very high volume of requests for work experience and can only take a few people every year. Therefore if you are writing to us and want to be considered then please be sure to tell us why we should take you on a placement. What can you offer the company in terms of skills, enthusiasm and ambition? Send links to work you have made – no matter how simple it might be.

We are looking for ambitious people who can use their initiative and who show creative potential.

Please note, we don’t give work experience placements to people under 18.
