Ethical employment is very important to us at Preston street Films and we strive through our employment practices to address issues of inequality.

We acknowledge a long history of inequality in society and in our industry and wherever possible we seek to hire candidates from under represented backgrounds for roles on screen and behind the camera.

We pay staff and freelance crew fairly and promptly and use the national living wage as a baseline.

We provide staff with ongoing professional training and support.

We try wherever possible to nurture and train new talent, through schemes such as Kickstarter and school work experience placements.

When shooting abroad we pay local cast and crew fairly and take advice locally to avoid issues of exploitative working conditions.
