BBC – Other side of the Story.
We live in a world where debate is becoming increasingly polarised and the internet is awash with misinformation and disinformation. The BBC Other Side of the Story website aims to educate and inform young people to navigate the internet and social media in an informed and intelligent way, and were looking for new ways to engage their audience. We came up with 3 short video ideas, on Polarisation, Fake News and Clickbait – which use humour and pastiche to tell the story.

Presented by the YouTuber Eman Balogun (SV2) the 3 videos are; The History of Fake News, Clickbait and a gameshow parody called Polarisation for the Nation. Each of the videos are fast, funny and packed full of information which will help young people better understand what to watch out for in the online world.
