Elisa Carruthers – Lead Editor, has a masters degree in Film Curation from the University of Glasgow and now brings her editing skills to Preston Street Films.

She is a master of all things post production and capable of editing about 30 projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. No matter how busy we get, Elisa is unflappable – as long as she gets a steady supply of tea. She particularly enjoyed cutting our latest showreel which you can see here.

Elisa Carruthers – Lead Editor

Elisa began her journey as a video editor working for a newspaper at the University of St Andrews while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Film Studies. She went on to gain a masters degree in Film Curation from the University of Glasgow and has since dedicated herself to exploring themes as varied as environmentalism, youth activism and decolonisation through her work in film festivals and research. A skilled and insightful editor, Elisa can quickly find the story in any set of rushes.
