Charlie has spent over 16 years bringing bold creative ideas to life, from creative technology to theatre, festivals, and film. She has steered projects with everyone from grassroots artists to charities, universities, and national and international arts institutions. As a versatile all-rounder, Charlie takes projects from the first spark to the final audience, creating the right conditions for everything in between.

As a project manager, Charlie is happiest when building brilliant teams and ensuring every last detail is thoroughly thought through (yes, she genuinely loves a spreadsheet). In the past, she’s navigated multimillion-pound research programmes, run national theatre tours, and delivered community festivals for 30,000 people, bringing creativity, clarity, and care to every project. She runs on strong cups of tea and even stronger to-do lists.
