Exeter College is an exceptional further education college, offering a wide range of courses to students from across the region. We have collaborated with the college on various projects and, in addition to creating content, we also provide students with work experience opportunities.
Case Study: Higher Education Videos
Exeter College asked us to create a series of videos to promote a range of their new Higher Technical Education courses.
The challenge was creating videos that were dynamic and engaging in a short period of time and, in some cases, for courses such as IT that are screen based and not necessarily visually interesting.
We used a number of techniques to elevate the content, including filming sequences with an “action camera”, and using creative transitions in post production to make sure all of the videos were visually exciting.
Case Study: Exeter College
Exeter College approached us in the early 2024 to make a short advert to promote their new MAP courses. Rather than shoot new material, because of the tight turnaround time and restrictions on shooting at the college, the college asked us to make something using existing photographic assets. Taking inspiration from the bold graphic style of the college website, we created an engaging and eye catching video.
Case Study: Recruitment TV Commercial
Exeter College approached us in the autumn of 2022 to make a TV advert to spearhead a campaign promoting their suite of Higher Technical Education courses.
Alongside the college marketing department we developed their initial concept and planned a shoot that would capture as much as possible of what the college had to offer, and present it an engaging way within a 30 second TV commercial. As well as the 30 second TVC we also produced cutdown social media versions in 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 aspect ratios.
