This film explores research carried out by Dr Arran Davis at the University of Oxford that suggests that exercising with other people can have benefits over exercising alone.

The BBC commissioned us to create a series of short videos for young people exploring the impact of misinformation and disinformation on how we see the world. The videos highlight how headlines, news stories, and social media can negatively affect players and influence public perception.

Produced to coincide with the EURO 2024 tournament, the series features YouTube football star Eman Balogun (SV2) and former England player and pundit Nedum Onuoha, offering insight into the power of media and the importance of critical thinking.

This film, produced in collaboration with the Open University, delves into the practical applications of sport psychology in everyday life. It explores techniques such as self-talk and mental rehearsal—strategies commonly used by athletes to enhance performance—and demonstrates how they can help improve focus, confidence, and resilience in daily activities.
